The Twyford Cottage Extension
Built in the same style as the main house with complimentary quoins and detail to both cills and lintels. Hand made joinery and inner detail increased the size of the kitchen to incorporate a fireplace and Aga range.
Middle Farm House Extension
Very large block and rendered extension to give additional three bedrooms and large lounge with inglenook fireplace and dining room below.
Brookway Cottage Extension
Large two storey extension to give additional two bedrooms to the first floor and a larger lounge on the ground floor. The extension also provided space for an en-suite shower room for the master bedroom.
Melbury Cottage Extension
This natural stone first floor extension was created over an existing garage in random stone. The garage was converted into an office for the client to run his business from home. A dormer was built to give additional space to create an extra bathroom next to the newly created bedroom space.
Clarkes Cottage Extension
This development required a total renovation with additional extension to the rear roof to give an extra three rooms, all with dormers. The roof was completely overhauled and felted in the operation and a new bathroom and kitchen were created within the work.
Boyne Cottage Extension
Here we have a large Greenstone extension built onto the existing cottage with cut face and random stone ends with machined quions to all corners. Both old and new stone were used in the construction with all hand made joinery throughout.
