From Crumbled Stone Barn to Modern Comfortable Dwelling
The first photograph shows how the barn as left after the farm had no further use. With the walls leaning, roof
sagging and a dirt floor, the building was in an unsafe condition and desperately seeking a new life.
After dismantling the unsafe roof, the first floor and walls have been carefully taken down, carefully storing all the original materials for later reuse.
The final photograph is of the finished article! After careful redesign, the materials are reused along with other old materials to produce a picturesque and comfortable dwelling, combining the beauty and character of the old outside with all the new modern facilities inside.
